Data we process
We process account details, business enquiries, product usage, approval and audit events, and technical security logs needed to operate NURPAM services.
Service providers
Depending on the product you use, data may be processed by Clerk for identity, configured OpenAI or Anthropic AI providers, Vercel, GitHub, Linear, and our self-hosted ntfy service. Apple may relay ntfy iOS push notifications through its notification infrastructure.
Website forms and fonts
Website enquiries are submitted directly to NURPAM infrastructure and stored in our marketplace database. We no longer submit this form to Web3Forms. The public website uses system-hosted fonts and does not request Google Fonts.
Retention and rights
We retain data only for operations, security, contractual, and legal needs. Contact privacy@nurpam.in to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law.
Security
Administrative actions are authenticated, audited, and human-gated. Agent tasks run in disposable isolated workspaces with restricted credentials and network access.
